What data we collect and why
Name, company, email address, telephone and whatever you write in the message. We use them only to reply to your request for information and, if you ask for it, to send you a commercial proposal for the product.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Recipients
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law.
Artificial intelligence
Vera, the assistant: your questions (written or voice notes) are sent to Google (Gemini) to obtain the answer and, if you ask for it, to read it aloud. We do not store the conversations or the audio; we only record usage and, to apply the limit of 10 questions per day, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that does not reveal what it is. Answers to general questions, with no personal data, are kept for 30 days so that anyone asking the same thing gets an instant reply. Do not write personal data in the chat.
Inside the program, when the customer asks Vera about their figures or uses AI invoice reading, the data needed to answer (amounts, customer names or the document) are sent to Google (Gemini) only for that answer; they are not used to train models, according to the terms of the service. Nothing is ever saved without the user's review.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, restrict it or request its portability by writing to info@facturagestotal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
