Every weighing, every container and every farmer settlement is recorded and balanced, from the moment the fruit comes in until the customer's invoice.

Each sales or purchase line shows the boxes, the packaging, the gross kilos, the tare and the net kilos. The amount is calculated with the price per kilo or per box, depending on how the fruit is sold.

Returnable crates and pallets carry their deposit. Each customer and each supplier has its container balance, adjusted by the delivery and return movements.

The farmer is paid for what his fruit has sold for, less the warehouse commission. If he is under the special agricultural scheme (REAGP), the warehouse pays him the 12 % compensation (10.5 % for livestock and fishing) and the income tax withholding is calculated on the base plus the compensation.
If the farmer invoices with VAT, he goes under the general scheme, with the VAT of each line and its withholding.
If your fruit warehouse works with Mecemsa and its CONTAMEC accounting, we bring in every year: master data, documents, stock, packaging, accounting, receivables and payables, collections and the SII documents already filed.
We also bring over the entries, the VAT books and the SII status of each invoice. At the end, an automatic reconciliation compares every amount with the previous program and shows that everything matches.
